The quality of life index is an important tool, as it measures the living conditions in a country. It is defined by the purchasing power and the quality of services.

In order to determine the level of development of a country, it is necessary to specify the parameter of quality of life. According to Numbeo’s statistics, the world’s largest database on the cost of living, Tunisia has a quality of life index of 117.03, where its purchasing power index reached 27.65. The health index has also recorded a rate of progress of 57.26. Tunisia has a higher quality of life index than the other three African countries: Kenya, Egypt and Morocco.
